Madavor Media, LLC Announces Acquisition of Collectibles and Sports Titles from Primedia, Inc.

BOSTON, MA - Madavor Media, LLC announced today the acquisition of Doll Reader, Teddy Bear and Friends, TeddyCrafts and Volleyball magazines and related assets from Primedia Enthusiast Publications, Inc., a subsidiary of Primedia, Inc. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
